Hi, I’m Mina.
I’m a community-based strategist, facilitator, and network weaver. I help organizations and individuals navigate complex challenges at the intersection of arts, culture, and community development.
Through years of experience working with a range of partners, from neighborhood groups, municipalities, and state and national partners, I’ve discovered what makes collaboration thrive to deepen impact—and where it falters.
While there’s no magic button for success, one thing remains constant: meaningful change happens when people co-create knowledge, build bridges, and shift in new directions toward actionable strategies.
